Extensions & Renovations
JMJ have an extensive catalogue of extensions and renovations. Some small and some vast. We have experience of underpinning properties to achieve the stability necessary to take an extension and of piling. Where extensions have required addition sewage capacity we have installed a Biodiscs and septic tanks to cope with the increase waste where main drains is not available.
For outdoor living we have laid patios and put up fencing as well as erecting conservatories of varying sizes. We have constructed pergolas and built raised flower beds too.
A recent project involved the formation of an outdoor display area for a showroom on what had been a 10m x 4m flat roof.
